  • Tony Maselli, CEO

    Mr. Maselli is Chief Executive Officer of MicroGrid Networks as well as Chief Operating Officer of Perfect Power LLC, a sister company to MGN. Mr. Maselli has previously served as Sr. Vice President of Development and Strategy at Vistra Energy, the parent company of Luminant, TXU, Dynegy, Crius Energy, and Ambit Energy, headquartered in Irving Texas. In this role he developed, constructed, and built over 8.3 GWs of renewable projects, such as Solar, Energy Storage, and Wind projects. He also supported the Strategy, M&A, and expansion of assets critical to Vistra’s business model. Prior to Vistra Energy, he held several positions including Managing Director of Project Development for Con Ed Development where he was involved in the renewable energy development of over 1 GW of solar and wind projects.

    Mr. Maselli holds a BS in Marine Engineering with a concentration in Electrical Engineering from the State of New York State Maritime College, MS in Utility Management from PACE University in New York and has also completed the Executive Development Program directed by the Harvard Business School. Mr. Maselli is a registered Professional Engineer in many states, including New York, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, California, Illinois, Tennessee & Connecticut.

  • Tim Dumbleton, COO

    Tim is the Chief Operating Officer at MicroGrid Networks and was a co-founder. Tim has more than 25 years of experience in design and construction, primarily with large projects in New York City.

    Tim is responsible for MGN’s relationships with strategic real estate developers, owners and operators, and the design and development of the energy facilities MGN integrates and operates. Tim’s deep experience in the design, development, permitting, finance, and construction of complex real estate projects in NYC is central to MGN’s objective of being the partner of choice for energy service projects in NYC.

    Prior to joining MGN, Tim owned and operated TADA, a Design and Development office in NYC where he served as principal in a dozen real estate developments in residential and commercial properties. Tim also was former Managing Partner of TEN Arquitectos in New York and Mexico City.

    Tim has a MArch from Harvard University Graduate School of Design and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a licensed architect in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida, and Texas and is NCARB Certified.

  • Philippe Habib, CFO

    Philippe Habib is the Chief Financial Officer at MicroGrid Networks and brings over 20 years of experience in financial management and leadership. Philippe oversees all aspects of MGN’s financial operations, including financing, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, tax, compliance, and governance. Philippe has a strong background in private equity and project finance, having worked with various companies in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Philippe previously served as CFO of Astoria Energy and Astoria Energy II, two of the largest and most efficient Independent Power Producers in New York City.

    Philippe holds a Bachelors in Accountancy from Concordia University (Montreal, Canada) and is a Certified Public Accountant (Canada) specialized in management.

  • Rebecca Bar, VP Engineering

    Rebecca is the Vice President of Engineering at MicroGrid Networks where she leads the project design development process, from feasibility and permitting to construction and commissioning support. Rebecca manages cross-functional teams of engineers and consultants and is responsible for MGN’s procurement process and building strategic vendor relationships globally.

    Rebecca has over a decade of experience in construction project management, strategic planning, and relationship management. She has a proven track record of success in planning, permitting, executing, and completing construction projects in New York City. Her past experience includes managing high-end commercial and residential ground-up construction projects in Brooklyn and Manhattan with budgets spanning $50 to 120 million.

    Rebecca holds an M.B.A. from The University of Manchester and a B.Sc. in Marine Sciences and Environment from Ruppin College.

  • Douglas Sherman, Chief Commercial Officer

    Doug serves as VP of Energy Sales at MicroGrid Networks and is the Chief Commercial Officer of Perfect Power LLC, a sister company to MGN. Doug is responsible for managing the power trading activities at MGN, both contractually and from a merchant perspective. In addition, Doug manages MGN’s relationships with trading and market counterparties. Prior to joining MGN and Perfect Power, Doug was a Director at Freepoint Commodities. While at Freepoint, Doug was responsible for the origination of structured physical commodity deals involving power, gas, oil, and metals. Prior to Freepoint, Doug was with the Deutsche Bank Commodities team focusing on commodity derivatives for corporates and municipalities and also working with the Natural Resources banking teams on structured derivative transactions. Before his involvement with commodities, Doug was a senior debt lender with a focus in project finance previously working at Beal Bank, GE Capital, ABB Project & Trade Finance, and Credit Lyonnais. As a lender, Doug worked on gas-fired, coal-fired, and geothermal generation deals in the IPP sector and was involved in financings in excess of $3 billion.

    Doug has a BSEE from Union College (Schenectady, NY) and an M.B.A. from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.

  • Daniel Faraone, VP Construction & Operations

    Daniel Faraone is responsible for oversight of all construction & facility operations within the company. He has a combined 16 years of experience working between design and construction within the New York City area.

    His journey commenced as a structural engineer, where he was responsible for the structural design and coordination of notable residential, commercial, hospitality, and industrial developments. Prior to his role at MGN, Daniel served as Project Director at New Line Structures, where, throughout his tenure, managed over one billion dollars of residential and commercial high-rise construction.

    Daniel is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York and holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Cornell University.

  • Emerick Patterson, Dir. Acquisitions

    Emerick Patterson is the Director of Acquisitions at MGN and leads all processes related to the growth of MGN's pipeline, including site acquisitions, early-stage design and permitting, and the GIS Mapping platform.

    Before MGN, Emerick was a General Manager at Heritage Equity Partners, developing large-scale commercial, industrial, and residential projects in New York City. Emerick started his career in emerging market investment backing at INTL FC Stone and previously built a real estate investment platform, closing over $200 million in commercial transactions. Emerick has held positions at Tishman Construction (AECOM) and Cogent Communications, a Tier I Internet Service and Data Center provider.

    Emerick has an M.S. from Columbia University in Real Estate Finance & Development and a B.S. in Engineering from the Ira A. Fulton School of Engineering at Arizona State University.

  • Tomonori Tsujita, In-House Architect

    Tomonori Tsujita is the in-house architect for Microgrid Networks, and is involved in the facility design, specification and permitting of energy storage facilities. He received a Bachelor of Architecture from Carnegie Mellon University, an MS in Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia University, and is a registered architect in New York.

  • Jose Songco, Senior Director of Accounting

    Jose is the Senior Director of Accounting and leads the financial operations group covering accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to support various business processes and initiatives.

    Jose held the same role most recently with an autonomous vehicle company where, together with its CFO, helped the company navigate through the preparation of its IPO registration statement, and lead its operational accounting, financial reporting, and external audit and review liaisons thereafter. Jose’s experience also included being part of the financial operations team formed by National Grid following its acquisition of KeySpan Corporation, and being part of the finance team assembled by USPOWERGEN, an independent power producer, following its acquisition of Astoria Generating Company.

    Jose has an MBA from De la Salle University and holds the Certified Public Accountant designation in New York and the Certified in Financial Forensics credential from the AICPA

  • Ben Boakye, Dir. Accounting

    Ben serves as the Director of Accounting for MGN and Perfect Power LLC, a sister company of MGN. He is responsible for managing the Financial Accounting and Reporting for MGN and Perfect Power LLC. He has over 15 years of experience in Corporate Accounting with a focus on the Renewable industry for the past six years with experience in Tax Equity Partnership, Construction Accounting, Asset Management, RECs commercialization, Budget, and Forecasting.

    Before his role at MGN, he served as Accounting Manager for Powerflex Solar LLC and Sky Solar Holdings, demonstrating his proficiency in financial management in the renewable energy and construction sectors.

    He received his Bachelor's in Accounting from the University of Colorado and a Master's in Information Systems and Business Analytics from Marist College, NY.

  • Alon Peleg

    Alon Is a Project Manager at Microgrid Networks LLC, working with the engineering and project management teams. Alon's role involves overseeing all phases of due diligence and providing steadfast support to the VP of Engineering in various permitting endeavors. Alon has been in charge of the RFP process and has managed all of MGN’s SIR and Non-SIR Interconnection applications.

    Prior to joining MGN, Alon played a pivotal role in spearheading a diverse pipeline of 70 residential and commercial solar projects. This experience also encompassed the installation of energy storage systems and EV chargers.

    Alon holds an Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Energy Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University

  • Kristen Narcisi, Data Product Manager

    Kristen is the Data Product Manager at MicroGrid Networks, where she oversees the development of the GIS platform and builds data-driven solutions to empower the team in the decision-making process. Her journey into the energy sector began with a research opportunity under NYSERDA’s Clean Energy Internship Program, which sparked her passion for sustainability.

    With a degree in Biomedical Informatics and a strong foundation in data science, Kristen brings a unique perspective to her role. Her focus on innovative approaches in the energy sector underscores her contribution to shaping the company’s business data structure.

  • Angel Eng, Development Manager

    Angel has a unique background that combines award-winning commercial real estate design and construction experience with renewable project financing and development activity.

    Angel has developed anaerobic digestion facility (biomass-to-energy) projects in various states. Her expertise includes performing site selection, financial analysis, and securing lease and feedstock contracts. She focuses on capital structure analysis for debt, equity, and tax equity participants and is versed in traditional and non-traditional debt products.

    Angel also has a 10-year history of coordinating design and construction activities on 25+ marque properties by liaising with clients such as Tishman Speyer and 30+ service providers (architects, contractors, city/state entities, etc.). Her team has won multiple awards for its creativity in serving clients, and her marque projects include the Jacx (a $700M office complex), 55 Hudson Yards, and Ace Hotel Brooklyn.

    Angel holds an M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and an M.S. in Structural Engineering from U.C. Berkeley.

  • Robert E. Woods III, Business Development Manager

    Robert is a strategic operator and creative self-starter who stops at nothing to accomplish mission-critical goals.

    Robert works on the Acquisitions team to support the Business Development process and overall growth of the MGN pipeline. In addition, Robert also works closely with MGN’s executive advisory to connect with community leaders to advance workforce development programs in the city of New York.

    Robert has more than 18 years of professional experience including property development in NYC and an MS degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.

  • Raza Zoha, Finance Associate

    Raza is the Finance Associate at MGN and leads all financial modeling efforts in support of projects and transactions at MGN.

    Before MGN, Raza was an Investment Banking Analyst at PEI Global Partners, a boutique investment bank based in New York. At PEI, Raza worked with renewable developers and IPPs on asset sales, debt financings and other strategic initiatives, including Advanced Power's sale of Cutlass Solar II to Sabanci, Hecate Energy's raise of a $550 million term loan and LC facility, and Aypa Power's raise of a $320 million term loan and revolving credit facility.

    Raza has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Mathematics and Economics from Hamilton College.

  • Paulo Tavolilla

    Before graduating with a B.A. in Architecture, Paulo served in the Brazil military seven years, from 1998 to 2005 while still serving until he finished college. In the early stages of his career, as an architect and urban planner, he co-founded an architecture firm.

    After transitioning from his firm, he worked as a contractor in the Capital of Mato Grosso in Cuiaba, building luxury condominiums. During that time, he was an engineering professor at a local university in Brazil.

    Throughout the course of his career, he developed many architectural projects in the Brazil. He later moved to São Paulo in 2015 and earned a Masters degree in Concrete Design and Production from the University of São Paulo. Since then, he has done multiple construction projects in New York City, and has been a vital member of the MGN team for for two years.

  • Charles Ling

    Charles is a Staff Accountant at MicroGrid Networks LLC (MGN). He is responsible for streamlining the accounts payable and month-end closing procedures as well as supporting MGN’s accounting and finance work teams generally.

    Before joining MGN, Charles worked as an Accounting Consultant at Arabella Advisors for 3 years and had a 1 year internship experience prior to that.

    Charles holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accountancy degree from Baruch College, City University of New York (CUNY).

    In Jose’s career, he has worked as a Designer specializing in low-voltage infrastructure design for commercial projects in NYC. Later on, he worked in the utility industry as an Electrical Construction Engineer for PSEG, where I was in charge of construction supervision in electrical substations.
