
Tony Maselli, CEO
Mr. Maselli is Chief Executive Officer of MicroGrid Networks as well as Chief Operating Officer of Perfect Power LLC, a sister company to MGN. Mr. Maselli has previously served as Sr. Vice President of Development and Strategy at Vistra Energy, the parent company of Luminant, TXU, Dynegy, Crius Energy, and Ambit Energy, headquartered in Irving Texas. In this role he developed, constructed, and built over 8.3 GWs of renewable projects, such as Solar, Energy Storage, and Wind projects. He also supported the Strategy, M&A, and expansion of assets critical to Vistra’s business model. Prior to Vistra Energy, he held several positions including Managing Director of Project Development for Con Ed Development where he was involved in the renewable energy development of over 1 GW of solar and wind projects.
Mr. Maselli holds a BS in Marine Engineering with a concentration in Electrical Engineering from the State of New York State Maritime College, MS in Utility Management from PACE University in New York and has also completed the Executive Development Program directed by the Harvard Business School. Mr. Maselli is a registered Professional Engineer in many states, including New York, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, California, Illinois, Tennessee & Connecticut.

Tim Dumbleton, COO
Tim is the Chief Operating Officer at MGN and has 20+ years of experience in design + construction, primarily with large projects in New York City. His experience includes built work in excess of $1B in hard costs and has been on the ownership side of $200M of NYC development.
Tim is responsible for MGN’s relationships with strategic real estate developers, owners and operators and the design and development of the energy facilities we integrate and operate in partnership with them on their lands. Tim’s deep experience in the design, development, permitting, finance and construction of complex real estate projects in New York City is central to our objective of being the partner of choice for energy service project in NYC.
Prior to joining MGN, Tim owned and operated TADA, a Design + Development office in NYC where he served as principal in a dozen real estate developments in residential & commercial properties. Tim also served as Design Director for Young Woo & Associates and was Managing Partner of TEN Arquitectos in New York and Mexico City (5 Years). Tim has a MArch Degree from Harvard University Graduate School of Design and a BA from University of Pennsylvania. He is a licensed architect in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida and Texas and is NCARB Certified.

Charles “Chick” Wassell, General Council
Charles is MGN’s General Counsel and key member of our finance team. He is a former Senior Partner of several major international law firms with deep experience in international finance and risk management in the power, telecommunications and transportation infrastructure sectors. Charles also served as the General Counsel and head of the Risk Management Department of PLM International, one of the largest U.S. leasing companies with global operations and is a co-founder and Managing Partner of ArcStar Energy, a company which has been providing market penetration, project acquisition and managed development services to global renewable developers, equipment manufacturers and energy infrastructure investors throughout the Americas since 2008. He is a graduate of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, Stanford University Graduate School of Engineering and Georgetown University School of Law.

Rebecca Bar
Rebecca Bar is Director of MGN’s Project Management Office, responsible for managing all project schedules, building relationships with city permitting agencies, coordinating design, development and construction, and in establishing organizational workflows. She is also MGN’s Safety Officer, a central role in a core area of company subject matter expertise critical to everything we do. Rebecca has a proven track record in construction project management, strategic planning, and relationship management. She has been successfully planning, permitting, executing and completing construction projects in NYC for more than a decade. Her past experience includes managing high-end commercial and residential ground-up construction projects in Brooklyn and Manhattan with budgets spanning $50M-120M. Rebecca holds an MBA and BSc in Marine Sciences and Environment. She lives Williamsburg, Brooklyn and when she’s not working you’ll find her cycling around Brooklyn or meditating in the park.
